A balanced healthy breakfast; it provides you with the energy needed for the rest of the day. All you need is a source of protein, like eggs or a small portion of cheese, a source of fat like avocado, a source of carbohydrate like an apple or a slice of whole wheat or rye bread, an abundance of vitamin C from kiwi, strawberries, an orange or a tangerine. You can also drink a cup of green tea with some cinnamon in it, or a cup of cinnamon green tea. Beware of your allergies and choose the food based on your taste and sensitivities. Have a day full of energy & happiness!
