French Fries' Substitute!


Do you love fries? So do I. But how can we eat fries & remain healthy? Whenever you love an unhealthy food, you can always substitute it with a healthier version. What do I do to substitute fries? I cut the potatoes like I would to make French fries, and I put them in the oven. I add a pinch of salt, parsley, black pepper and coriander. I also add a few drops of olive oil, though it’s better if you add it after it’s made, because hot oil is not healthy. My taste buds are now used to it and I prefer this a thousand times to deep fried potatoes, because after eating them I don’t feel bad. As always I remind you to intake carbs like this with some sort of protein. Happy eating!
