No Meat Patty!

Mix eggs with parsley, chives, coriander and dill or spinach and add some salt, black pepper, garlic powder & turmeric and blend them. Heat up some olive oil and fry the mix in it. Healthier alternative is putting the mix in portions in the oven on a parchment paper or whole wheat bread. In this case you can add oil afterwards. Use them as patty in your sandwiches and enjoy!
