Dinner for Autumn



It’s getting colder & autumn is sneaking in. A great dinner for this season is lentil soup. Boil the lentils in water and add a pinch of salt& pepper, some turmeric & cinnamon and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Then add some lemon or lime juice and some olive avocado oil & bon appetit!


100 grams of lentils give you almost 1/5 of your required daily protein & iron. It’s also a good source of magnesium, potassium, vitamin B 6 & fibre among other things.
