Gotta love them berries!


Mixed berries are full of antioxidants and folate. They help the body produce serotonin, which is the neurotransmitter that makes you happy. In other words, eating berries lifts up your spirit. Berries are great sources of fibre, sugar, vitamins C& B6. They’re also a source for vitamin A, iron, magnesium and even some protein.
