Turmeric & curcumin in it are known for their anti inflammatory effects. There are other possible effects of turmeric that are being studied yet. Don’t eat it on it’s own or on an empty stomach. Add a bit of turmeric powder to your food when boiling or baking in the oven & enjoy!
